After Sandipta, Sriparna Roy is gearing up to get married

It is the season of tying the knots in the Bengali film industry. Actress Sandipta Sen is preparing to marry her long-term boyfriend Soumya Mukherjee – one of the key officials of the web platform Hoichoi. It has been reported that the wedding will take place in December. Meanwhile, television actress Sriparna Roy is gearing up to tie the knot in November.

Earlier, the Gantchora actress mentioned that she would marry this year. Now the date has been finalized and the preparations are in full swing. As per reports, the groom is not from the entertainment industry and they have met through a matrimony app. Sriparna is not ready to spill all the beans yet. She is keeping the plans under wraps. 

Sriparna hails from Bally, Howrah. In an interview with Anandabazar Online, the actress said that the preparations are going on. “Since I am busy with my shooting schedule, my family members – brother, mother, aunts, and uncles are doing the chores. The wedding will take place near her house. 

Sriparna also confirmed that she intended to wear a red Banarasi sari. Biryani is a must on the menu. Besides, there will be chingri macher malaikari, and Betki fish.
