After Vijay, Dil Raju signs Rajinikanth for his second Tamil film

Dil Raju is one producer that needs no introduction. He has made 50 films as a producer in Telugu and made his Tamil debut with Vijay's Varisu. The family drama was a good hit at the box office and Dil Raju made big bucks with the non-theatrical rights of the film. Moreover, he won a good name for handling a big star like Vijay and promoting the film on an aggressive note.

In all his recent interviews, Dil Raju clearly stated that he will make only big films in other languages and cast star heroes in them. We have now come to know that Dil Raju has officially signed none other than superstar Rajnikanth for a Tamil-Telugu biggie. The word is that the ace producer met Rajnikanth a few days back and even paid him a signing amount for the film.

Things are yet unclear as to who will direct this film. Vamshi Paidipally directed Varisu and we need to see whom Dil Raju has given the responsibility of directing the biggie. Rajinikanth is doing back-to-back films and he, giving dates to Dil Raju for a bilingual has caught the attention of many, especially in Tollywood.

Dil Raju is also associated with one more biggie 'Game Changer' that is being directed by Shankar. Ram Charan and Kiara Advani play lead roles in this film. 60% of the shoot has been wrapped up and the unit is currently on a break as Shankar is busy with Indian 2 and Ram Charan is out of the country. For now, the news of Dil Raju signing Rajinikanth has gone viral all over the Telugu film circles.
