Agent: This is when the Mammootty, Akhil and Saikhi Vaidya action drama will release

Akkineni Akhil is one of the most talented actors in Telugu cinema. After giving back to back flops, he found success with Most Eligible Bachelor. He has now got a massive makeover for his new film Agent which has been directed by Surender Reddy. The film has been in the making for a long time and today, the makers finally announced the release date with a small teaser.

The teaser showcases Akhil being bashed up by a goon and he introduces himself as 'Wild Saala' with bloodshed all over his face. The makers have announced that the film will be out on the 28th of April 2023 in the south and Hindi languages. Akhil looks menacing in this teaser with his beefed up body and long hair.

Malayalam superstar, Mammootty plays a key role in this film which also has Sakshi Vaidya as the female lead. The earlier teaser which was announced last year showcased Akhil in an action avatar. Mammootty plays a cop in this film which has been shot all over Europe.  Hip Hop Thamizha has composed the music and his BGM for the new teaser is quite good and elevates the scenes nicely.

Surender Reddy last directed Sye Raa with Chiranjeevi and scored a good hit. He is known for his action films and stylized taking. In Agent too, the scale created by him is huge and the film has been produced on a massive note by AK Entertainments. The promotional events will start in the month of March as per the news. For now, fans are happy that Agent has finally locked its release date.
