Ahead of Animal trailer, Ranbir Kapoor’s co-star Saloni Batra shares a glimpse that will give you Rockstar deja vu

The trailer of Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal is finally going to be unveiled in three days. Everybody is waiting with bated breath to see what more will this film bring, especially out of Ranbir’s character. Now, his co-star Saloni Batra has shared a glimpse that appears to be from the trailer. Seeing the picture, one will be reminded of one of the most epic scenes from Rockstar.

What did Saloni share?

Saloni shared a glimpse from the editing room. The scene features various cops and most probably, Ranbir with them. “December 1st. In theatres near you,” she wrote with the image.

Why is it a Rockstar déjà vu?

Remember how Jordan was surrounded by cops when he was arrested while trying to meet Heer? This time, too, he is surrounded by cops but most likely for a different reason.

How is it different?

Ranbir plays a character who comes from a powerful and influential family. It is hard to believe that he would be arrested easily. Instead, he could get protection from the cops. Thus, even though the scene could look similar, it is different.

Animal trailer out in 3 days

After a long wait since the teaser release, the makers are now ready to release the trailer of Animal. They had unveiled the trailer, followed by four songs. After the teaser, the song Hua Main captured people’s attention. It was closely followed by Satranga Re. Both the songs explore Ranbir’s chemistry with Rashmika’s Geetanjali. The third song – Papa Meri Jaan – was about Ranbir’s bond with his father Balbir Singh, played by Anil Kapoor. The most recent track, Arjan Vailly, is a purely Punjabi song which shows a transformed Ranbir. This man is out for revenge and won’t stop till he has it. Now, after the grand launch of the song in Dubai, the makers will release the trailer on November 23. Meanwhile, the film will be out in theatres on December 1. It will be releasing alongside Vicky Kaushal-Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur.
