Dhamaal 4's action took a dangerous turn when what was originally supposed to be VFX turned out to be a dangerous stunt performed by the actual actors. Arshad Warsi, in particular, was scared about the action sequence and almost clashed with his co-star Ajay Devgn and Indra Kumar about performing the stunt as an actor. This happened because the stunt would turn out to be the most dangerous for Arshad himself. Here's what happened next...
VFX changes to dangerous action
What was initially planned as a VFX sequence turned dangerous, especially for Arshad Warsi. Dhamaal 4 action was initially supposed to be all VFX, since the location shoot would be dangerous. However, a few days before the shoot, Indra Kumar and Ajay Devgn decided that the action sequence would require the actors on location, shooting for it to make the scene realistic. The biggest concern in that came from Adi of Dhamaal aka Arshad Warsi.
What was Arshad Warsi's concern and how was it resolved?
Ajay Devgn took matters into his hands and decided that precaution was necessary, according to Mid-Day. Ajay consulted with his co-actors Arshad, Riteish Deshmukh and Jaaved Jafferi about the scene, discussed it step-by-step and eliminated most risk factors. The actor, of course, also stressed that all precautions like safety harnesses and emergency medical unit would all be on set. Once all the actors, including Arshad, felt confident about the scene, it was shot within four days time.
