A fan page of Ajay Devgn shared the official letter of Panorama Studios International Limited confirming the Drishyam 3 movie.

Ajay Devgn-starrer Drishyam was released in 2015, and it is a remake of the 2013 Malayalam film starring Mohanlal. After receiving a lot of love, the makers released the second instalment in 2022. Since then, fans have been waiting for the Drishyam 3 update. Now, it seems that the third instalment is also confirmed.
A fan page of Ajay Devgn (BeingADian) shared the official letter that Panorama Studios International Limited shared with the Bombay Stock Exchange, which confirmed the Drishyam 3 film, starring Ajay Devgn. As per the letter, Panorama Studios International Limited confirmed that Drishyam 3, which will be led by Ajay Devgn like the previous parts.
Filmmaker Abhishek Pathak, who directed the second part of the franchise, will return in the third part as well. Apart from these, the letter also mentioned that the studio is informing BSE about signing a production agreement with Digital 18 Media Private Limited to co-produce the Hindi feature film Drishyam 3.
Lastly, the announcement is made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has notified the stock exchange as part of its legal obligation to disclose important information that may impact investors.
Earlier, Pinkvilla reported that Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3 is in the works, and Ajay Devgn prioritized it after completing De De Pyaar De 2, Dhamaal 4, and Ranger. The portal mentioned that he will start filming the third installment with director Abhishek Pathak between July and August 2025.
The source stated, “Ajay was initially committed to another project in the July-August window, but he has now prioritized Drishyam 3. A couple of weeks ago, Abhishek Pathak and the writers narrated the script to Ajay, and he was completely impressed by the twists and turns in the screenplay. He is excited and ready to return as Vijay Salgaonkar.”
Meanwhile, the story of Drishyam follows Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgn), a cable TV service provider in Goa, and his family as they become prime suspects in the disappearance of Sameer Deshmukh (Rishab Chadha), the son of the Inspector General of Police, Meera Deshmukh (Tabu).
On the other hand, Ajay Devgn was last seen in Raid 2 alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor.
