Meanwhile, Akshaye Khanna was last seen in Chhaava. In the blockbuster film, Akshaye Khanna played the role of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, a character known for his cunning and power.

Fans praised his performance and described it as scary and intimidating, focusing on the "silent menace" and low intensity in contrast to the fiery power of Vicky Kaushal's character Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film also starred Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai, Sambhaji's wife. The historical period drama is directed by Laxman Utekar and is currently streaming on Netflix.
