Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra reunite after Kesari; here's all you need to know

For a future film from Pooja Entertainment, Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra will work together once more. The Kill Dill actor posted a photo on her Instagram page with the message, "We're back now." She added that although the Kesari duo is filming in York this time, the jokes, games, and Punjabi gupshup are still the same.

Parineeti was pictured wearing a pink hoodie and black shorts, seated on the stairs in front of Akshay. The Housefull actor, meanwhile, was dressed in a black t-shirt and grey tracksuit bottoms. He completed his appearance with a black cap.

After their hugely successful 2019 film, Kesari, Akshay and Parineeti will team up again for the untitled movie.

Recently, an image of the Khiladi actor wearing a turban and standing in a mustard field with a melancholy expression was released to promote his upcoming movie. In addition to wearing spectacles, the actor had a full beard for the part.

According to reports, the Akshay Kumar-starring movie is directed by Tinu Suresh Desai and centres on a rescue operation from a coal mine.

In the Akshay and Parineeti-starring film, the actor's turbaned appearance and thick beard are all that remain in common. The release of the movie has not yet been officially announced.

Speaking of Akshay Kumar, he most recently appeared opposite former Miss World Manushi Chhillar in filmmaker Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi's historical drama Samrat Prithviraj. On June 3 of this year, Yash Raj Productions launched the movie in theatres. The movie also featured Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood in major roles.

In addition, he appears in the comedy-drama Raksha Bandhan. The film, which was written and directed by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon, is a collaboration between Colour Yellow Productions, Zee Studios, and Alka Hiranandani. Deepika Khanna and Bhumi Pednekar are also seen in the movie. On August 11 of this year, it is scheduled for release in theatres.

While Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani also play key roles in Sooraj Barjatya's upcoming family comedy Uunchai, Parineeti will next be seen in that film. The movie's release date is set for November 14, 2022.
