The film's script, particularly the action portions, wowed Akshay Kumar, who is gearing up for the premiere of his film Prithviraj. The actor said that when he learned about the scope of action that he would get to do in the film, he felt like a kid in a candy store.
In a statement, Akshay stated the film's scope, which happens to be YRF's first historical film. The actor shared that Prithviraj is produced on a grand scale that will impress audiences, and action plays an important role in increasing the film's entertainment value. The film is a big-screen action spectacle that will be played out in front of the audience.
It would provide countless highs given how Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan took on the task of defending the land and its people from the cruel invader Mohammad of Ghor. Akshay was like a kid in a candy store when he realised the amount of action that he would get to do.
The actor is regarded as the original action star of Hindi cinema, having undertaken numerous risky exploits on his own in the past. He expressed his thoughts on the subject by saying that he always liked action movies, and incorporating that into his own efforts gives me a rush. As a result, the film provided him with an opportunity to learn more about something he enjoys.
Akshay said, when asked about the challenge of pulling off the war sequences, that it was really difficult to pull off these intricate combat sequences while wearing heavy armour in the scorching heat, but he knew they would look fantastic on the big screen and add to the spectacle. Given the mighty king's heroism and sacrifice, Prithviraj is a film rich in patriotism.
The actor added that it had to be presented in such a way that people would gasp with delight, and he believes they succeeded. The Khiladi Kumar is proud of how Prithviraj has developed, and he hopes it will truly entertain audiences.
Manushi Chhillar also appears in Chandraprakash Dwivedi's Prithviraj. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on June 3, 2022.
