During the trailer launch event of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, actor Akshay took a dig at Tiger, referring to his relationship with his rumoured ex-girlfriend Disha Patani. “Main Tiger se yahi kahunga ki Tiger hamesha ek hi Disha mein raha karo (I would only say one thing to Tiger to stay only in one direction).” This had the audience in splits.

In the action-packed adventure film, the two actors are seen fighting a man (played by Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran) whose sole aim is to destroy India. Sharing the trailer on his Instagram handle, Akshay Kumar captioned the post, “When the world is about to end, you count on #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan to rise! Who will stop us?”
