Akshay Kumar's Housefull 5 locks trailer release date | Know when you can expect it

Housefull 5 is one of the most-awaited films of 2025 and has been garnering significant buzz ever since it was announced. The teaser, which was taken down from YouTube within 10 days, is back and fans can enjoy it. Amid this, a report shared an update on trailer release date. 

Housefull 5 trailer release date

As per Bollywood Hungama, the Housefull 5 trailer is likely to be released on May 27. The source mentioned, “The makers want to take the promotions to the next level 10 days before the release. As part of this strategy, they will unveil the trailer on Tuesday, May 27. A launch event is also being planned and all the leading 19 actors of the film are expected to be a part of it.”

The source also shared that from May 27 until the release of the film, the makers plan to extensively promote the film. As per the makers, it will be 'Housefull mania' all over. "This is the only series of Bollywood which has reached the fifth instalment. Hence, the makers and the cast of the film are supremely excited and are confident that the film will be lapped up by the audience," the source added.

Housefull 5 cast

Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the cast of Housefull 5 features Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Chunky Pandey, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir.

In an interview with Zoom, director Tarun opened up about working with the star cast. He said that he had a great time, and did not feel he was working with people that he had never worked with before. 

"It was overall just a party, and we had a great time. We finished the film in almost a record time, I think, and that wouldn't have been possible without all their support," he said. 

Meanwhile, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Housefull 5 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 6, 2025.
