Alappuzha Gymkhana box office collection day 6: Naslen, who shot to fame with Premalu last year, continues his winning streak with the Khalid Rahman directorial. Alappuzha Gymkhana, the Malayalam sports comedy, has crossed Rs 30 crore in worldwide collections, as per industry tracker Sacnilk.
Naslen-led Alappuzha Gymkhana has been performing well ever since it hit theatres on April 10, 2025, as a Vishu release. The Malayalam film, which features Lukman Avaran, Ganapathi, Sandeep Pradeep, and Anagha Ravi, made Rs 2.65 crore on its opening day in Malayalam collections. The sports comedy, about a bunch of youngsters seeking to enrol in college with boxing grace marks, opened to largely positive reviews.
The positive word-of-mouth has helped the film to consistently earn at the ticket window, with the Khalid Rahman directorial earning more than Rs 3 crore over the past four days. The day 6 Malayalam net collection of Alappuzha Gymkhana stands at Rs 3.07 crore. The total India net collection is Rs 19.07 crore, and overseas is Rs 12.1 crore. The total worldwide collection of Alappuzha Gymkhana is Rs 30.5 crore, as per Sacnilk.
The film, led by youngsters, had clashed with Mammootty’s big-ticket Bazooka and Basil Joseph-led Maranamass. But Alappuzha Gymkhana beat Bazooka to be in the top spot, and if Naslen-starrer maintains its position, it is likely to emerge as the winner of the Vishu box office 2025.

Mammootty’s thriller Bazooka, directed by Deeno Dennis, has worldwide box office collections of Rs 19.4 crore. Maranamass, which is directed by Sivaprasad and co-produced by Tovino Thomas, has minted only Rs 10.58 crore in its six days at the worldwide box office. But the makers have claimed that the film is performing well and there is a growing demand for Maranamass, which features Anishma Anilkumar, Rajesh Madhavan, Babu Antony, and Suresh Krishna in key roles. Siju Sunny, who has penned the film and co-written the screenplay, also appears in a key role in the film.
