After having started her professional career with Grand Hyatt Hotel (Mumbai) as a Sales and Marketing Intern’, Alekha went on to continue her internship with Centrum Wealth Management and ToniQ, where she worked as a Financial Analyst Intern and Business Manager Intern respectively. This was followed by her working as a Front Desk Agent at the ‘Westin Hotels & Resorts’ (Mumbai), which was followed by her stint as Consultant with Deloitte and Soho House & Company. After all this, Alekha Advani went onto start her own company called ‘Way Well’, which is into conceptualising and executing wellness events, retreats, workshops and wellness sessions. Besides all this, Alekha Advani has also modelled for a few brands.

As per her company’s website, it states that Alekha Advani has graduated from Cornell Hotel School in 2016.
