Alia Bhatt practices the inverted yoga pose; Fans are amazed and in shock

For Alia Bhatt, 2022 was all about fresh starts and cheerful new beginnings. Gangubai Kathiawadi, her first movie of the year, became a hit. She soon made her South debut with RRR following that. In April, Alia wed her childhood crush Ranbir Kapoor, and in November, she gave birth to a babygirl. 

Raha was born to Alia Bhatt on November 6. The actress was seen shortly after leaving for one of her usual yoga sessions. Even though we all know Alia loves yoga, in a recent Instagram photo, the new mother could be seen hanging upside down on a hammock. She shared the picture on her Instagram account and captioned, "One and a half months post-partum, after gradually re-building my connection with my core, and with full guidance from my teacher @anshukayoga I was able to attempt this inversion today. To my fellow mamas, listening to your body post delivery is key. Do NOT do anything your gut tells you not to (sic)."

She further added, "For the first week or two during my workouts, all I did was breathe walk find my stability and balance again (& I still have a long way to go) Take your time - appreciate what your body has done. After what my body did this year I have taken a vow to never be hard on myself again. Childbirth is a miracle in every way, and giving your body that love and support that it gave you is the least we can do P.S - every body is different - pls speak to your doctor before doing anything that involves exercise (sic)."

Anshuka Parwani, a well-known celebrity fitness trainer, posted a video of Alia engaging in aerial yoga on the Anshuka Yoga Instagram page.

Alia Bhatt released their first family picture with husband Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Raha on November 24. The actress shared the same and also disclosed the name of her baby. She wrote, "And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here... and what a magical girl she is (red heart emoji). We are officially bursting with love-blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!! love love love Alia and Ranbir (family emoji)."

Meanwhile, Alia will be next seen in an upcoming film titled Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which also stars Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, and Jaya Bachchan and is directed by Karan Johar. Her future films include Jee Le Zaraa, starring Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif, and Heart of Stone, her Hollywood debut starring Gal Gadot.
