Update on Alia Bhatt's Spy Universe:

According to the latest report from Bollywood Life, there is an update about the Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh-led spy film that is being made at YRF Films. The report claims that there will be a connection between Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan in the movie. It is being said that Alia and Sharvari will play Pathaan’s protégés in the movie. However, this is not the final idea, as the studio is right now trying to form a connection between the two on the scripting stage, and this could change.

Speaking of the discussion, it is said that this is one of the many ideas they have for forming the connection between Alia Bhatt’s spy and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan in the spy universe. This means that they might even cross paths in the movie. If Shah Rukh Khan makes an entry in the Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh movie, this will be the second film where King Khan has made a cameo as the much-loved character. The two were last seen together in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi, where Shah Rukh plays Alia’s therapist and counsellor after she loses hope in life after setbacks in her love life.

Plans for Pathaan:

As for the plans for Pathaan, reports recently said that the studio is planning a sequel to the movie that established Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone as agents. Deepika is also a recurring actor in the universe, which means that she might also join Alia Bhatt in her spy film for a cameo. Meanwhile, there are also plans for a Tiger vs. Pathaan movie, which will be shot after King Khan wraps up Pathaan 2. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will feature together in a full-fledged film after what feels like an eternity.
