In September, the high-stakes survival game will return. Season 3 of Alice in Borderland will make its worldwide debut on September 25, 2025, according to Netflix. Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya reprise their respective roles as Arisu and Usagi in the Japanese sci-fi thriller that is adapted from Haro Aso's manga. Shinsuke Sato is back at the helm for the next season.
After making it through every card game in the Borderland, Arisu and Usagi returned to the real world at the end of Season 2. Now that they're married and living their lives in peace, they start having dreams and images about their history in the enigmatic realm. As the new season commences, Usagi disappears from sight. Arisu is pulled back into the dangerous world he thought he had left behind, despite his best efforts.
When Banda, a character from past games, confronts Arisu and tells him that Usagi has re-entered the Borderland, the narrative thickens. As soon as Arisu decides to follow her, she faces more perilous obstacles, such as deadly fire arrows and electric strikes. The last and most mysterious game, symbolised by the Joker card, is ahead, as he tries to get to Usagi.
Kento Kaku plays the role of Ryuji, a mystery scholar preoccupied with the afterlife; the cast also includes Risa Sudou, Koji Ohkura, Hiroyuki Ikeuchi, Tina Tamashiro, Kotaro Daigo, Hyunri, Sakura Kiryu, and Daigo. Ayaka Miyoshi, Katsuya Maiguma, and Hayato Isomura are among the returning actors. As the show progresses, its protagonists will face moral and psychological tests as they investigate the line between life and death.
A newly released teaser poster depicts Usagi and Arisu making out, encapsulating the season's emotional core and heightening the stakes. The teaser, meanwhile, teases upcoming new threats. To heighten the tension, we witness characters like Tetsu and Rei at moments of mayhem and conflict. The sight of the newcomer Kazuya confidently pointing a gun raises suspicions of treachery or strife inside the group.
Season 3 of Alice in Borderland is being produced by Netflix in association with ROBOT and THE SEVEN. Shinsuke Sato and Yasuko Kuramitsu penned the script. Yutaka Yamada created the score, Yuji Shimomura directed the action, and Atsushi Doi oversaw the visual effects.

Now that the Joker card is the only one remaining, fans can look forward to a season chock-full of emotional complexity, thrilling action, and fresh mental tricks. Starting on September 25, viewers may watch the third season on Netflix.
