Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat OTT release date: When and where to watch Alaya F-Karan Mehta's musical drama online

Anurag Kashyap wrote and directed the musical drama film Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat, which came out this year. The movie, which starred Alaya F and a new actor named Karan Mehta, had its international premiere at the 2022 Marrakech Film Festival. Alaya told Telegraph India in an earlier interview that this was supposed to be her first movie. The actor had signed this film in 2018 before Jawaani Jaaneman.

The actor said that when she got the part, she started to wonder if she could make it as an actor in Bollywood. Alaya met Anurag at that time and gave him her seven-minute showreel. He kept his eyes firmly fixed on it and told her he has a movie that is great for her. He asked if she would like to work in the movie, and that made Alaya immediately more confident in herself because Anurag is renowned for identifying and developing potential.

This movie challenged her in a variety of ways as an actor. There are a total of four characters in the movie since Karan and she both play two separate roles. There is also Saloni Ammi, and she will now play a third character, which has been an interesting experience.

Before Almost Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat, Alaya was seen in Freddy, in which Kartik Aaryan played the titular role.
