ALT Balaji pays tribute to the late Sidharth Shukla on his birth anniversary

Sidharth Shukla’s untimely demise had shaken the entertainment industry. On his birth anniversary today, popular video streaming platform ALTBalaji paid tribute to the late star in the form of a touching video.

The short video features a compilation of several clips of the star, including some of his scenes from ALTBalaji’s Broken But Beautiful web series. Set against the Mere Liye song from the soundtrack of the series, viewers get some glimpses of Sidharth’s lively demeanour and charm that made him such a popular figure among stars and fans alike. The touching tribute shows some snippets of the star from the third season of Broken But Beautiful, in character as Agasthya Rao.

The video also features some BTS footage of the star celebrating his birthday with the cast and crew of Broken But Beautiful, including Sonia Rathee.

ALTBalaji captioned the moving tribute with an equally emotional caption, “ We never thought that after healing our broken hearts you'd leave them empty, this soon! Now that you are gone, we are obsessed with the beautiful memories you left us with #RememberingSidharth #SidHearts”

Sidharth had unexpectedly passed away on September 4, 2021 at the age of 40. The cause of death had been a cardiac arrest. The star had been a popular face in the Hindi film and television industry with his roles in works such as Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Balika Vadhu, Broken But Beautiful 3. The Alia Bhat and Varun Dhawan film marked his Bollywood debut, while the latter was his first web series. The star had also been the winner of the 13th season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss.
