Amala Paul marries Jagat Desai, pictures take the internet by storm

Amala Paul turned many heads as she tied the knot with her boyfriend, Jagat Desai at an intimate ceremony in Kochi on Sunday. Pictures from the wedding in which the adorable duo are seen twinning in lilac have taken the internet by storm.

Amala dropped some adorable stunning pictures from the ceremony on her Instagram page along with a heart emoji. Her caption read, "Celebrating the love & grace that brought us together… #Married to my divine masculine… Seeking your love and blessings
#sacredunion (sic)". 

 The newly married couple are seen posing amid greenery with the Arabian sea in the backdrop.

Jagat Desai captioned the picture, "Two souls , one destiny, walking hand-in-hand with my divine feminine, for the rest of this lifetime.  #married #twinflame (sic)." In yet another series of pictures he wrote, "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (sic)."

Who is Jagat Desai?
Jagat Desai is an entrepreneur and is said to be a sales head of a luxury stay in Goa. The duo is said to have met at a party where sparks instantly flew between the two. Amala had then written ,"From the party where it all began to celebrating a lifetime together - our love story unfolds (sic)."
A few days ago, he had made the announcement about their engagement which came as a surprise to fans of the actress.

Amala earlier married to AL Vijay
The Aadai actress was earlier married to Madrasapattinam director Vijay. She had starred in two of his films, namely, Deiva Thirumagal and Thalaiva. Though they tied the knot in 2014, they soon parted ways in 2016. Vijay later married a Chennai-based doctor Aishwarya in 2019 in a private ceremony. They have a son.

Meanwhile reports were that Amala was married to a singer from Mumbai, Bhavninder Singh and pictures from their so-called engagement had stormed the internet. The duo were seen in wedding attire. However, Amala denied the same and stated that the photo shoot was taken for professional work. She filed a complaint against the singer. She alleged that he had cheated her and threatened her as well. He was later arrested by the Tamil Nadu police.
