Amazon Prime Video's Inside Edge returns for its third season

Inside Edge is back with a brand new season! Amazon Prime Video’s Inside Edge starring Richa Chaddha, Sayani Gupta and Vivek Oberoi has been renewed for the third season, the OTT giant announced in its social media handle on Monday. The previous season of Inside Edge left its fans on a nerve-wracking cliffhanger, which made them eagerly wait for the third instalment.

On Monday, the digital streamer put all speculations surrounding the third season of Inside Edge to rest and revealed the logo in a poster shared on Instagram. The post read, “More cricket. More drama. More entertainment. Season 3, coming soon. Inside Edge is India’s first Amazon Original web series that presents the dark side to the cricket world, revolving around a private league comprising many regional T20 cricket teams, their tryst with match-fixing and politics within the sport. As the caption suggests, the third instalment of this sports drama will have 'more cricket, more drama and more fun.'

Created by Karan Anshuman, the series has been produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The series also stars Aamir Bashir, Tanuj Virwani, Sapna Pabbi, Amit Sial, Akshay Oberoi and Sidhant Gupta in significant roles. Meanwhile, Richa was recently seen in the political drama Madam Chief Minister, streaming on Netflix. The actress is currently shooting for Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai that also stars Divya Dutta, Vinay Pathak, Anubhav Sinha and Pankaj Tripathi.
