Amid speculations about Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s divorce, Amitabh Bachchan shares a cryptic post

Amitabh Bachchan is known for sharing his words of wisdom on social media. The megastar, who was last seen on the big screens in Kalki 2898 AD has once again taken to X (Twitter) and expressed himself. However, his recent tweets seem like a reply to the speculations surrounding his son, Abhishek Bachchan, and daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's divorce rumors. 

Amitabh Bachchan shares cryptic tweets

Taking to his X account, Amitabh Bachchan shared a tweet that has just one word, “Chup (quiet)” followed by an angry emoji. Not just this, the actor also shared another tweet, saying "Chup chap, chidi ka baap." Even on Sunday, he also tweeted a line saying, "Ho gaya tha kaam, phir aur kaam aa gaya; kuchh shabd sunane the unako, jinake paas nahin rahee haya."

While Big B is known for his calm and composed demeanor, his recent tweets made netizens speculate if he has reacted to the reports around the separation between Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Earlier, Sr Bachchan also took to his blog and penned a long note and slammed people who spread speculations and who think that they can write anything just by using a question mark. He wrote, "It takes immense courage, conviction, and sincerity to be different and believe in its presence in life... I rarely say much about family, because that is my domain and its privacy is maintained by me..."

Further, writing about the speculations, the actor wrote, "Speculations are speculations... they are speculated untruths, without verifications..." He further wrote, "Fill the world with untruth or questioned untruth and your job is over .. how it may have affected the subject individual or situation has been hand washed away from your hands.. your conscience, if ever you have one, has been overridden .. ?? ? ? ? ?"

Meanwhile, for the uninitiated, rumors around Abhishek and Aishwarya have been making headlines for quite some time. There have also been reports about Abhishek's romance with actress Nimrat Kaur.
