The official trailer for the upcoming family-friendly comedy movie GoodBye was released on Tuesday. During the trailer releasing ceremony, the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan spilled the beans about his experience working with the film producer Ektaa R. Kapoor.

The fundamental themes of the GoodBye movie are self-discovery, the value of family, and the joyous celebration of life in all its manifestations, as expertly shown by the Bhalla family. The narrative is endearing because it represents every Indian family that has ever promised to be closer despite a loved one being far away during the darkest time. The movie shows the chaos that results from every family dealing with the ups and downs of life, but it also subtly emphasises the need to support one another through it all.

The Ekta Kapoor-produced movie is scheduled to premiere on October 7, 2022. Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, Pavail Gulati, Elli AvrRam, Sunil Grover, and Sahil Mehta play major roles in the Vikas Bahl-directed movie.

While virtually present at the ceremony, the Runway 34 actor stated that since Ektaa was a child, he has watched her grow up and it is a privilege to work with her. The megastar has seen her movies and likes them.

Ektaa and Big B have known each other since she was a kid. The producer used to attend every birthday celebration at Bachchan's home because she was close friends with Abhishek A. Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda.

The producer of the Dream Girl film disclosed during the event that there was a time when the Badla actor called Jeetendra, the father of Ektaa, and claimed that the young Ektaa had been staring at him the entire evening.

When discussing the same, a visibly emotional Ektaa said that she had been going to Bachchan's house ever since she was a kid, since Shweta and Abhishek were her buddies. He contacted her father, Jeetendra, one evening during the birthday celebration and claimed that all Ektaa did was stare at him.

Amitabh will next be seen in the family-friendly comedy Uunchai, directed by Sooraj Barjatya, alongside Anupam Kher, Parineeti Chopra, and Boman Irani. The movie is scheduled to open in theatres on November 11, 2022. However, Ektaa's show Lock Upp was a huge success, and in addition to GoodBye, the producer has several incredible ideas in the works.
