An absurd comedy in the offing; watch the making video of Kanakam Kamini Kalaham’s teaser

A day after the teaser release of Nivin Pauly’s next Kanakam Kamini Kalaham, a making video (of the teaser) was launched on Wednesday. The efforts of the crew to get the teaser right is evident in the making video. The movie is directed by Balakrishnan Poduval, who last helmed the box office hit Android Kunjappan.

The promising teaser was loved by audiences and also hinted at an absurdist comedy in the offing. This genre generally is used to create excitement and tone it down gradually. It will be an absurd experience, as the name suggests, and the teaser depicts the same. 

It portrays a tableau on a stage that reminds us of a foreign opera. The characters on the stage are Nivin Pauly and Grace Antony, who appear like Egyptian royals. The other actors in the teaser are Vinay Fort, Jaffer Idukki, Sudheesh, Vincy Aloshious, Joy Mathew, Rajesh Madhavan and Sudheer Paravoor.

Nivin Pauly is also producing the film under Pauly Jr Pictures. Vinod Illampally is the cinematographer of the film, while Anees Nadodi is the art director. Yakzen Gary Periera and Neha Nair are on board as the music directors.
