An Action Hero Box Office Collections Day 1: Ayushmann Khurrana starrer takes a slow start

This week saw the release of the action thriller starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat. The movie's trailer left quite an impression and quickly became a topic of discussion among the audience. Additionally, the addition of sizzling tracks by Malaika Arora and Nora Fatehi enhanced the talks. The same hasn't been reflected at the ticket counter, though. The movie started rather slowly. However, based on the response, it is anticipated to increase over the next few days.

Ayushmann Khurrana's third Bollywood film to be released this year is An Action Hero. He had already witnessed the release of Doctor G and Anek. An Action Hero apparently failed to make even Rs 2 Cr on opening day, but Doctor G was able to make over Rs 3 Cr. According to early reports, the movie made between Rs 1.25 Cr on opening day.

The Anirudh Iyer-directed movie, which also has Jaideep Ahlawat in the major part, opened in theatres on December 2, 2022. This is the Dream Girl actor's first out and out action-packed movie. In the movie, Ayushmann plays the well-known actor Manav, who is involved in a chase with Jaideep Ahlawat's goon. Aanand L. Rai and Bhushan Kumar are the producers of the Anirudh Iyer-directed movie. The movie premiered on December 2, 2022. In the action-thriller movie, Bollywood diva Malaika Arora and Nora Fatehi are seen performing in spectacular item numbers.

Along with Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, and Vijay Raaz, Ayushmann will also be seen in the upcoming comedy "Dream Girl 2," which is scheduled to open in theatres on June 23, 2023.
