An Action Hero first look: Ayushmann Khurrana gives intense vibes in a rugged avatar

Ayushmann Khurrana's first look from 'An Action Hero' is out. The latest poster features the actor in a rugged look with a forehead injury and a pistol in his hands. While a flying helicopter and a few armed commandoes can be seen in the background of the image.

The actor shared the latest poster on his official Instagram handle and also announced the film's date of release with a quirky caption that reads, "Phata poster aur nikla ACTION HERO! Ladne ki acting toh kar li, kya asliyat mein lad paaunga? Trailer out on 11th Nov 2022 #AnActionHero coming to cinemas on 2nd Dec 2022 (Sic)."

Backed by Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Production and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series, the movie has been raising the anticipation of movie buffs quite high! Reportedly, the makers now look forward to the trailer release of the film scheduled on November 11. 

An Action Hero marks the Hindi directorial debut of Anirudh Iyer and the first Bollywood project of The Family Man fame Neeraj Madhav, who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. 

It also stars Jaideep Ahlawat in a prominent look. After witnessing the quirky Character Teaser video at the beginning of 2022, fans have been highly awaiting the movie, which is anticipated to be packed with slick action and an offbeat, satirical sense of humour.

Neeraj Yadav has penned the story of the action-entertainer, which also has Alexander Garcia, Mohd Talib, Hiten Patel, Rachit Jadoun, John Byrne, Jitendra Rai, and Neill Barnes among others in key roles. 

'An Action Hero' is set to have its theatrical release on December 2.
