Ananya Panday – the daughter of actor Chunky Panday and social media influencer Bhavana Pandey – was spotted wearing a white tee with light grey track pants at the Mumbai airport this morning. However, her face appeared visibly upset, so much so that she did not even smile at the shutterbugs present at the airport. While some of you might feel that the 25-year-old Bollywood actress was rude to paps by not greeting them, many social media users have trolled the paparazzi instead for expecting her to smile just a day after India lost the ICC World Cup Final.
Ananya Panday is NOT all smiles
Ananya Panday arrived to board a flight this morning at the Mumbai airport. In a hush-hush movement, she did not smile at the paps and quickly entered the airport premises. Just moments before entering the airport, she said that she was running late and would not be able to get pictures clicked for the day.

This development did not go down well with a section of social media users. Apparently, the camerapersons and paparazzi present at the Mumbai airport today were trolled by social media users for asking Ananya Panday to smile a day after India’s loss at the ICC World Cup Final 2023.
One X (formerly known as Twitter) user said, “India lost the World Cup Final last day. Why would she smile?”
“She has to go to work just a day after India lost #WCFinal. Imagine, how difficult it is! Paps are stupid for asking her to smile,” wrote another X user.
One more X user said, “Why should Ananya smile all the time, esp after India’s loss at the World Cup Final?!”
“Why can’t paps leave them alone on a day like THIS,” wrote one more anonymous X user.
Meanwhile, Ananya was recently seen in a cameo appearance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. She was also seen in the movie Dream Girl 2.
