While the investigative agencies are probing the cases at hand, actress Ananya Panday recently asserted that she has not experienced the ‘big bad world of films that people keep talking about’ and added that the industry is fair in its dealings, and everyone minds his/her business.

The 24-year-old young promising actress – who recently grabbed the limelight after her film Dream Girl 2 earned over Rs 100 crores at the box office – shared how she feels working in the industry. Speaking to news outlet HT City today, Ananya said, “I have never come across people treating me differently. I have not experienced the big bad world of films that people keep talking about. I will not use the word forgiving, but people are fair. Everyone understands the business and that things change every Friday. So, the industry is a lot more understanding.”
Talking about her working style in the film industry, Ananya said, “Make movies to reach people. I have come across people who have watched the film multiple times and laughed. If you can entertain and make people laugh, your job is done.”

In 2023, actress Ananya Panday had a short stint as the leading lady in the spiritual sequel Dream Girl 2, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana. Her upcoming projects include the coming-of-age film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, where she shares the screen with Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. Additionally, she is set to star in an untitled film by Vikramaditya Motwane and will feature in an Amazon Prime Video series titled Call Me Bae.
