Ananya Panday's cousin Ahaan Panday's debut film Saiyaara gets release date; Know the female lead in YRF's romantic drama

Ananya Panday's cousin, Ahaan Panday, is finally making his acting debut. He will be seen in Yash Raj Films' romantic drama, Saiyaara. Reports suggested that Ahaan has undergone intense training programmes, and now he is ready to make his debut. On April 22, the makers dropped the release date and also shared the name of the female lead.

Yash Raj Films took to their official Instagram account and shared that Saiyaara, a romantic film, will star Ahaan Panday in the male lead. The film stars Aneet Padda in the female lead. The film will hit theaters on July 18, 2025. Notably, Aneet was previously seen in Salaam Venky, co-starring Kajol and Aamir Khan. The film is available on ZEE5 via OTTplay Premium.

Their statement read, "Yash Raj Films' romantic film SAIYAARA, which introduces Ahaan Panday in the Hindi film industry & also stars Aneet Padda as the female lead, is set to release on July 18, 2025, in theatres worldwide. Presented by Aditya Chopra, Directed by Mohit Suri & Produced by Akshaye Widhani, SAIYAARA, is an intense love story that brings YRF and Mohit Suri together for the first time!"

As per a source, Ahaan has been shaped by Aditya Chopra personally for years. "He has been kept under wraps by YRF so that he can focus on bettering his craft. To the industry, Ananya Pandey‘s cousin Ahaan Panday’s launch is by far the biggest debut by a youngster in the Hindi film industry in years, and YRF is showing its intent to create a star out of him. The massive project that he has been signed on for is the Mohit Suri love story," the source added.

Ahaan Panday, who is the cousin of Ananya Panday, is the son of Chikki Panday and his wife, Deanne Panday. Chikki is the brother of Bollywood actor Chunky Pandey.
