Andaru Bagundali Andulo Nenundali is the official remake of Vikruthi, the popular Malayalam film that performed well at the box office. Ali is bankrolling the Telugu film under Aliwood Entertainments besides acting in it alongside Naresh. Sripuram Kiran has helmed this message-driven film that's set to release directly on Telugu OTT platform aha this October 28. Pavitra Lokesh, Mouryani, Sana and Manju Bhargavi too play important roles.
Ahead of its release, the film's trailer, teaser were launched in the presence of the cast,crew and chief guests including director SV Krishna Reddy, producer Atchi Reddy, legendary comedian Brahmanandam. "The Malayalam version of film was based on true incidents. I and Naresh had a great competitive spirit while working on the film. It's wonderful to team up with Manju Bhargavi garu again after 27 years. The film brought together a lot of senior artists amidst a good ambience," Ali said.
"The director Kiran did a fantastic job in bringing this story alive and I received immense support from co-artistes and technicians. I am confident audiences will like the film when they watch on aha," the actor added. Director Sripuram Kiran shared, "Getting to direct someone like Ali garu, who comes with an experience of over 1200 films is indeed a special experience. The cinematography and music will certainly standout and all the senior actors were a great source of support during shoot."
Sivabalaji, Prudhvi, Ram Jan and Bhadram form the supporting cast of Andaru Bangundali Andulo Nenundali. Written and directed by Sripuram Kiran, the film has music by Rakesh Palidam, cinematography by S Murali Mohan Reddy and is edited by Selvakumar. Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar has penned the lyrics while KV Ramana and Irfan are the art director and the production designer respectively.
