Composer Anirudh Ravichander has always been well respected among Telugu people for his work ever since his Kolaveri days. Most of his hit Tamil albums were dubbed into Telugu as well and he eventually forayed into this industry with the Pawan Kalyan, Keerthy Suresh starrer Agnyaathavaasi in 2018. His score for other Telugu films like Jersey, U Turn, Gang Leader were well received too.
He’s returning to Telugu cinema with a biggie again, NTR30, starring Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, directed by Kortala Siva. Sporting a beard and donning an off-white kurta at the film’s launch ceremony today, Anirudh looked dapper and visibly excited about the project. He participated in several discussions with the team for over a year now. Here’s what he said…

“Thank you Koratala Siva and my brother Jr NTR for making this happen. Siva (sir) and I met over a year ago and whenever we met, we had a wonderful time together. I am happy and proud to be a small part of his vision. I hope I’ll help his vision come to life. He has great ideas and we’ll do our best to make it happen. I am glad to be part of a team full of many legends,” he shared.
The Vikram composer stated he’s very excited and also thanked the fans for the response to the motion poster. “Nenu tirigi vasthunna (I’m coming back),” Anirudh said before signing off. Also starring Prakash Raj, Srikanth, NTR30 is a story set amidst forgotten coastal lands in the country and revolves around characters who’re close to beasts than humans, Koratala Siva said at the launch.
The technical team of NTR30 also comprises cinematographer Rathnavelu, editor Sreekar Prasad, VFX supervisor Yugandhar, production designer Sabu Cyril, to name a few. The film marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor.
