In the first trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania from Marvel Studios, the Ant-Fam gets back together for another adventure. Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), who work together as Ant-Man and the Wasp, are back in the movie, which starts phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Together with Hope's parents, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family finds itself exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new animals, and setting off on an adventure that will test their preconceived notions of what is possible. Kang, played by Jonathan Majors, joins the quest.

"Thank you, Spider-Man." Scott Lang receives plaudits like that for his role in the Avengers' efforts to defeat Thanos and preserve the world. However, at least one person is aware of his name: Kang.

Although we previously saw a version of Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) in Loki, the trailer gives us our first glimpse of the threat the Avengers face. The trailer also gives us our first glimpses of Bill Murray in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania and Kathryn Newton as Cassie, Scott's now-adult daughter. This is also our best look yet at a terrifying Kang.

The movie's producers are Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard, and director Peyton Reed is back. He made a big announcement about the next film at Comic-Con, saying that things are going to happen in this movie that are going to affect the Marvel Cinematic Universe forever.

Since the new movie was written by Jeff Loveness, who has since been confirmed to write Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, fans expect to see hints in Quantumania about what to expect in the next big Avengers movie.

Things big and small are coming! On February 17, 2023, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania hits theatres. It will be the next MCU release after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
