Anupamaa: Anuj takes Pakhi-Adhik home, will this damage his relationship with Anupama?

Vanraj remains resolute in his decision of not letting Pakhi inside his house,and refuses to listen to anyone. When Anuj tries to argue for Pakhi and Adhik, Vanraj asks Anuj to support them instead and tells him to be Pakhi’s father. Anupama’s ex husband adds that no one should expect any support from his side, as he will never accept their marriage, and leaves.

Hasmukh says that even though Vanraj was not in a position to be reasoned with, the former requests Anuj to take up Pakhi’s responsibility. Baa, Kavya and Samar also beg Anupama to take Pakhi in with them, saying that the young woman has no one else to take care of her. Baa laments about Pakhi’s decision, and hugs Anupama. Hasmukh, Kavya and Samar try to give Anupama strength. Anupama is shocked and upset, and as she leaves, Anuj asks Kavya to handle Vanraj. Anupama asks the lord to give her strength.

Pakhi and Adhik are overjoyed when Anupama says that they are all going to the Kapadia house. When Pakhi asks if they’ve forgiven them, Anupama replies with a surrounding ‘no’. Anupama scolds them for behaving so irresponsibly, not even thinking about the consequences of their hasty actions. She says that if she forgives Pakhi now, the latter would go back to forgetting what she did and start disrespecting Anupama again. As they all start to leave, they are stopped by Samar.

Even though he is still angry with Pakhi and Adhik, he bids his sister a tearful farewell and asks her to listen to Anupama from now on. Adhik assures Samar that he will take good care of Pakhi and says that he will earn back the family’s trust.

The upcoming episode will see Barkha cause a scene at the turn of events, and declare that the marriage will not last. Anupama asks Anuj to take up the young couple’s responsibility in full, as he was the one who accepted Hasmukh’s request to do so.
