Anupamaa: Kinjal’s decision to move in with Anupama upsets fans; latter say MaAn deserve better

It seems that Anupama cannot catch a break. The latest episode of Anupamaa saw the titular protagonist still in the throes of tough times. After Kinjal decides to leave the Shah’s home with her baby, the young woman shocks everyone when she says she wants to go to Anupama, choosing the latter over her own mother. Although fans sympathised with Kinjal’s plight, not all of them were happy with Kinjal’s decision to move in with the Kapadias. Many viewers took to Twitter to express their displeasure at the new developments.

Many fans called out Kinjal for her behaviour, saying she did not even give a second’s thought about the fact that she was burdening Anupama. In the episode, Kinjal said that she was well aware that Anupama was under a lot of pressure and her decision to move in with her was her way to alleviate that, as Anupama would not have to step foot into the Shah’s house then. But not many viewers were satisfied with the reasoning. One user wrote about how now, the Shahs will make their way to the Kapadia house just to see Kinjal and the baby, and things didn't really get any better for Anupama.

A lot of fans also took issue to the fact that Anupama did not seem to be considering Anuj’s feelings on the matter either. The latter had urged Anupama to not interfere in Paritosh and Kinjal’s relationship, in the recent episode. One user wrote that Anuj always seems to be the one compromising, and Anupama rarely listens to what her husband wants. Users also called her out for the seemingly soft stance she took when it came to the Shahs.

The recent developments in the show also led many people to recall when Anupama and Anuj, or MaAn, shared happier times together.
