The latest episode of Anupamaa saw Rakhi unleash her full fury on the Shahs, as she tries her best to protect her daughter.

After Kinjal is welcomed back with open arms at the Shah house, her mother Rakhi decides to take matters into her own hands to ensure that her daughter does not have her heart broken again. Storming into the Shah house, Rakhi urges Kinjal to come home, along with Pari.

When Baa and Paritosh try to reason with her, Rakhi claps back at them in the fiercest of ways. She accuses Baa of having double standards and leaves Paritosh with a few scathing remarks.

Bapuji seems to be the only one whose words Rakhi actually takes account of, but she still does her best to make sure that Kinjal leaves with her. But to Rakhi’s shock, her daughter says that she and Pari will stay with the Shahs, not because of Paritosh but for the sake of the family. When Rakhi insists that she will not leave without Kinjal, the Shahs reluctantly let her stay with them.

Despite her worries about Kinjal, Anupama finally gets some respite from the Shah drama, and viewers get to see her share some delightfully lovely moments with her family. Anupama and Anuj reminisce over their early memories together, and the latter talks about how proud he feels of his wife.

Despite deciding to see through her decision of staying in the Shah house, Kinjal finds herself feeling suffocated. She feels no respite even after being bombarded with affection from various quarters, and Pari’s non stop crying adds to her stress. The final straw comes when she sees a number of pictures of her and Paritosh neatly arranged in a drawer. When her husband comes and hugs her, she lashes out.
