Ardhangini actress Jaya Ahsan: I try to keep the relationship till the end

Kaushik Ganguly is all set to bring an intense tale of relationship – Ardhangini. Like many of his other films, this will also delve into the intrinsic nature and nuances of human relationships. The film which features Kaushik Sen, Jaya Ahsan, and Churni Ganguly will release on June 2. 

Ardhangini, the literal translation of which is the better half, is evidently a drama that delves into the marital lives of characters. It delves into the complexities of ex and present partners. It talks about claim, possessiveness, and a lot more. The trailer of the film has dropped, Churni is seen as Kaushik Sen’s ex, and Jaya, his current wife.  

In an interview with ABP Ananda, Jaya talked about her ideas of marriage. Is the tendency of separation on the rise in the current world? To answer this, she said, “Separations, divorce, etc are not new. However, earlier people used to reconsider their decision of parting ways because of society and partners. These days, we see people talking about separations more freely. They also take legal steps,” she said. 

Talking about herself, Jaya said, “I try to keep the relationship till the end. That’s why, usually, my relationship with anyone doesn’t erode easily. I believe in maintaining good relationships till the time the other person ends it. I believe in taking care of relationships. There can be misunderstanding in a relationship. However, when I will love someone, I will embrace their flaws also.”  

Jaya teamed up with Kaushik Ganguly on various projects, including Bisarjan, Bijaya, etc. Talking about the director, she said, “Kaushikda is a master storyteller. He has a style that makes you portray the character even if you are very different from them.”
