Are Ritabhari Chakraborty and Tathagata Chatterjee back together?

It was speculated that Ritabhari Chakraborty and her doctor boyfriend Tathagata Chatterjee got separated. Previously, Ritabhari confirmed the news about her dating and shared photos of them. But then it was heard that the actress parted from her boyfriend, who is a psychiatrist.

But Ritabhari’s Insta story shows her photo with Tathagata. She wrote in the caption, “Happy Birthday Babu,” and tagged Tathagata Chattopadhyay. 

Ritabhari previously told the media that she would go for her engagement by the end of 2022. She made it clear that they would be in a live-in relationship after exchanging rings, and the marriage would happen in 2023. But no news about their engagement came since then.

According to sources, the couple grew distant from each other, and hence the marriage plan did not take place. But they reconciled. The Lakshmi Puja photos gave the first indication. Now, the actress' fans want them to get married this time.

Ritabhari, in a previous interview, said, “When I told everyone that I was seeing Tathagata, then I was asked the same question in every interview and I got irritated. I wondered whether my 16-year-long career had no value. I decided then that I would keep people away from my personal affairs, be it love or breakup. Otherwise, my hard work has no meaning. Only my personal life gets discussed.”

Ritabhari was last seen in the movie Fatafati where she played the role of a plus-sized model and sent a positive message about body positivity. She made her debut on a web series with Nandini on Addatimes. Her acting there was acclaimed. Now, she will be seen in the film Bahurupi by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy.
