Arjun Bijlani’s wife gives his health update, surgery went well

Arjun Bijlani was rushed to a Mumbai hospital after suffering severe stomach pain. He was detected with appendicitis upon admission. The actor underwent an ‘emergency surgery’ and his wife, Neha Swami, has now shared an update from the hospital. The surgery went well and she expressed gratitude to everyone for their wishes.

Arjun’s wife posted his photo and wrote, “I am so grateful to the doctors and God that his surgery went well. Thanks to all his near and dear ones, his fans and followers for their wishes and prayers during this tough time. Everyone’s prayers and wishes mean a lot to us.” She thanked everyone with folded hands and chanted a prayer to Lord Ganesha.

Arjun missed shoot

Arjun had to miss a day of shoot on March 8 because he experienced severe stomach pain. He took an X-ray, which revealed that he had appendicitis and had to undergo surgery for the same. He underwent the surgery on the morning of March 9.

Arjun hospitalized

The actor had shared a photo from the hospital bed. He received injection on his hand in the photo that he shared. The actor had captioned the post, “Jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai.”

Arjun on the work front

Arjun Bijlani is best remembered for his TV roles like Left Right Left, Miley Jab Hum Tum and Naagin. He has also won Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. The actor made his OTT debut as the lead with Roohaniyat, which was a TV series released on web through MX Player. He was also a part of State of Seige: 26/11.

The actor is currently busy shooting for his TV show, Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, where he plays the lead role of Dr. Shiv Kashyap. He had to miss shoot for the same on March 8.
