Arjun Kapoor meets former player and football manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink

That Arjun Kapoor is an ardent fan of football is something that we all know. There have been many times and occasions when the ‘Gunday’ actor has shared videos and photographs that exhibits his love for the game of football. This time round, Arjun Kapoor got a chance to meet the legendary Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, who happens to be a former player and football manager. Needless to say that Arjun Kapoor was all smiles when the two met, which is visible from the photograph that Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink had shared on his social media account.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink had posted his photograph with Arjun Kapoor and captioned the post stating, “It was a pleasure to meet you @arjunkapoor #cfc #chelseafc #chelsea #TheFamousCFC”. As a reply to this post, Arjun Kapoor posted, “The pleasure was all mine. An honour to meet you.. Hope u enjoy Mumbai & India”. There were other users who started commenting on the post. These comments included compliments like ‘Two legends!!’, ‘JFH.... a legendary. My childhood for a legendary player. I hope our paths cross one day. Meeting you would just make my life. Thank you for your dedicated commitment forever’, ‘Straf man! Hopefully you whispered in @arjunkapoor ears that your “kumbateté” lies in very tiny place in the western hemisphere where Hindi also is one of many spoken languages’.

Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor too took to social media and shared his fanboy moment. He captioned the post as, ‘Finally meeting the legend! The reason why I started watching the sport @chelseafc’. The second photograph has both Arjun Kapoor and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink laughing over something. Arjun also mentioned in his post stating, ‘Small joys of life when ur profession allows u to meet the man behind u about a sport & a team’.

On the professional front, Arjun Kapoor was last seen in Aasmaan Bhardwaj's film ‘Kuttey’. Besides Arjun Kapoor, the film also starred Tabu, Radhika Madaan, and Konkona Sen Sharma. Arjun Kapoor will now be seen in a thriller titled ‘The Ladykiller’. The film also has Bhumi Pednekar as the leading lady. Besides these two films, Arjun Kapoor also has a film opposite Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh. The film has not been titled yet.
