Arjun Kapoor: My acting in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar has given filmmakers confidence about what I am capable of

Actor Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for an adventure with diverse genres in Bollywood this new year. Besides flaunting his muscles in Ek Villain 2, he will also be exploring his acting skills with movies like The Ladykiller and Kuttey.

The actor is all happy about exploring the two spectrums of Bollywood. Being in movies of different genres and tones like The Ladykiller, Ek Villain 2 and Kuttey means that producers believe in his skills, according to the actor. He also added that he is cherishing it the most since he has been waiting for a long time for this opportunity, as quoted by Pinkvilla.

The actor also said that his opportunity to try something different came with his previous movie Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. “I went out of my comfort zone and delivered,” he said about the movie. He also thinks that his performance in the movie has given the storytellers confidence about what he is capable of. He also seems to have wanted to prove himself to everyone. The project will forever stay in his heart for opening new doors and navigating new progressive ways for him as an actor.

Arjun Kapoor who entered the industry in 2012 with the romantic action film Ishaqzaade, went on to star in movies like Gunday, 2 States, Ki & Ka, Half Girlfriend and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. He also appeared in the Netflix film Sardar Ka Grandson, and the Disney+Hotstar release, Bhoot Police in 2021.
