After receiving a lot of compliments for his performance in the Ek Villain Returns trailer, Arjun Kapoor is quite overjoyed.

According to ANI, the actor said that it gives him a lot of encouragement to have so many professionals from the field show up to cheer him on. They have all witnessed his struggles and the amount of effort he had to expend to get where he is today, which is incredibly inspiring. Arjun is still developing and considers himself fortunate to be a part of the industry that has supported him when things were emotionally challenging.

The actor added that the industry is essentially a family, so seeing the support for his change in the Ek Villain Returns trailer has been quite gratifying for him. He wants to continue doing quality work so that his industry may continue to be proud of him.

Arjun also expressed gratitude to his trolls for inspiring him to achieve better. He is overjoyed by his enthusiasm for the Ek Villain Returns trailer. Sincerity is told, it has taken the actor a long time to ensure that he undergoes a transition of which he is proud. Due to his health concerns, it has been really difficult, but he appreciates everyone's support. Arjun is proud of himself for sticking it out, for working out hard, for eating healthfully every day, and for having the mental fortitude to prioritise his health.

Although the path has not been simple for the Ishaqzaade actor, it feels more enjoyable now after seeing all the kind responses. He is aware that everyone has at some point criticised him, and they were unaware of his situation. Arjun kept his identity hidden, but their comments inspired him to recover. So, he would like to thank everyone who teased, criticised, or despised him. 

Arjun went on to say that they gave him energy, and he transformed himself with it. He's glad to say that he will persevere and keep going back for more, despite the fact that he will always be a work in progress.

The 2014 smash hit Ek Villain, which starred Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh is being followed up with Ek Villain Returns, which is being directed by Mohit Suri and co-produced by T-Series and Balaji Telefilms. Tara Sutaria, John Abraham, and Disha Patani are also featured in the second instalment.
