Arjun Rampal to pair up with girlfriend Gabriella Demedriatas for the first time in the upcoming comic caper Project Love

According to PeepingMoon, Arjun has come on board as the lead of the film. Project Love centres around a brother’s quest to save his sister. When the sister’s boyfriend turns out to be a raging opportunist, her brother invokes a foolproof plan to kidnap her in order to release her from his clutches.

The film went on floors in London on October 14, 2022. Since the makers are scheduled to wrap up the project in the next two months, the actors seem to have a tight schedule ahead. The film is directed by Baljeet Singh Marwah and Gopal Datt. Mukul Chadda is also a part of the movie. Vicky Bahri and Salil Chaturvedi of Reimagine Entertainment are on board to bankroll Project Love with Zee Studios.

Arjun Rampal is most popularly known for his performance in the hit Rock On, where he played a struggling musician all set to relive the glory of playing in a band with his friends. He played one of the leads alongside Farhan Akhtar, Luke Kenny and Purab Kohli. His other notable works include Don (2006), Om Shanti Om (2007), Housefull (2010), and Raajneeti (2010). Since his performance on The Rapist, the model turned actor has received several offers and the film received immense appreciation at a number of film festivals. Known mostly for his thriller movies, Project Love will be a dip in an unfamiliar genre for the actor.

As for his other upcoming releases, Arjun will next be seen starring in Honey Trehan’s untitled next with Diljit Dosanjh, produced by Abhishek Chaubey and Ronnie Screwvala. The actor will also be starring in an action-thriller with Vidyut Jammwal. He is also a part of Pawan Kalyan’s 2023 release, Hari Hara Veera Mallu and an upcoming historical period drama named The Battle of Bhima Koregaon.
