Arjuna Phalguna release date: When and where to watch the Sree Vishnu, Amritha Aiyer starrer

Sree Vishnu, who has consistently batted for unique, novel scripts throughout his career, is looking to sign off in 2021 with a bang. Arjun Phalguna, his third film this year after Gaali Sampath and Raja Raja Chora, is gearing up for a release on December 31. Amritha Aiyer plays the female lead in the action drama, written and directed by Teja Marni (who earlier helmed the political drama Johaar). The makers of films like Wild Dog and Acharya, Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy have bankrolled the film under Matinee Entertainment.

The makers are planning an aggressive campaign to kickstart promotions soon. A power-packed teaser of the film featuring Sree Vishnu in his massiest avatar to date caught the attention of audiences, with the slick action sequences and interesting mythological references. The actor plays a diehard fan of Jr NTR in the film. Two songs from Arjuna Phalguna including Kaapadedava Raapededava besides Godari Valle Sandhamama were launched recently.

Naresh, Sivaji Raja, Subba Raju, Devi Prasad, Rangasthalam Mahesh, Raj Kumar Chowdary (Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru fame) and Chaitanya essay supporting roles in the film that has music by Priyadarshan Balasubramanian. Chaitanya Prasad has penned the lyrics for all the songs while Sudheer Varma P has written the dialogues. Cinematographed by Jagadeesh Cheekati, the film's crew also comprises action director Ram Sunkar, costume designer Prasanna Varma Danthuluri and art director Gandhi Nadikudikar. NM Pasha is the co-producer of the project.
