Recently, the 10-episode variety show "Jinny's Kitchen" came to an end. It followed the exploits of five Korean celebrities who operated a snack shop in Bacalar, Mexico. These celebrities included Lee Seo Jin, Jung Yu Mi, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik and BTS's V (Kim Taehyung).

However, BTS fans, called ARMY have especially praised V for his growth as a cook during his stint at "Jinny's Kitchen".

Before taking part in this show, Taehyung had a reputation as being BTS's 'worst cook' and was frequently assigned to non-cooking tasks like plating and dishwashing as seen in their variety series "Run BTS".

However, Taehyung decided to take on the challenge and participated in "Jinny's Kitchen" where the cast learnt to cook various Korean dishes to feed the Mexican customers.

The BTS vocalist took his role seriously as prior to his trip to Mexico, he took cooking and Spanish lessons.

His hard work paid off, as Taehyung became a competent cook which saw him earn praise from his co-workers. Not just that, V, himself acknowledged that fans would be proud of his growth.

Fans discussed how Taehyung grew in confidence from being a 'cooking failure of BTS' to becoming a 'cooking king'.

Fans in India can check out all ten episodes of "Jinny's Kitchen" on Amazon's global OTT Prime Video.
