Taran Adarsh and Yami Gautam had recently released the teaser of the latter’s upcoming film Article 370. As expected, the intriguing teaser trailer incited varying reactions from the viewers. Most of the netizens enjoyed it and are interested in the project, awaiting its arrival.

How did Twitter react to Article 370 teaser?

The teaser captivated fans with its action-packed high-octane scenes along with low decibel but highly impactful political sequences. Nearly all Twitter reviews and reactions lauded the teaser and expressed their anticipation and excitement for a film that appears both appealing and informative, a rare combo.

Though Article 370’s teaser and Yami Gautam’s character are highly appreciated and hailed by many, there were a handful of viewers who felt the film, despite its merit, might be full of political and national propaganda and did not really enjoy the phenomenon. Some went a step further, accusing Bollywood and the film’s makers of luring in viewers with popular yet controversial political sentiments regarding Kashmir.

What does the teaser of Article 370 show?

Article 370’s teaser features Yami Gautam as a loyal and stoic officer who would do everything for the nation’s wellbeing, even fight against the system and evil bureaucrats if required. Her pointing out the huge crisis regarding the funding discrepancy marked an iconic moment in the film. The teaser depicts that despite receiving the most amount of funding from Central Government to maintain peace, politicians prefer stirring trouble to fill their pockets.

When will the film release?

As Yami Gautam comes to the conclusion that the entire thing is simply a ploy for more money and the fact that terrorism is a business, she decides to do all in her power to convince the select few in power, whose humanity is still intact and get rid of Article 370, else she cannot even touch them. Directed by National Award-winning director Aditya Suhas Jambhale, the film is set to drop on February 23, 2024.
