Ghajini actress Asin Thottumkal’s daughter Arin turned six in October this year. To celebrate the special occasion, being the doting mother that she is, Asin chose to merge two of Arin’s favorite things. One, her favorite color, purple, and two, her favorite Disney characters. Thus, the actress threw a princess-themed birthday bash for her own princess.
The actress took to Instagram on November 11 to share some rare glimpses into the private birthday party. She wrote, “Our little princess turned 6..not so little anymore! To a girl with a love for books that beats Belle, Rapunzel like hair, Cinderella like lover for dance parties, curiosity that surpasses Aurora and Ariel, strong will that trumps Merida’s and Jasmine’s and a sparkling spirit that’s just so Uniquely, Unmistakably Arin, Thank you for making our lives magical! May all your dreams come true.”
Asin also shared a series of Instagram stories that revealed what a spectacular party it was. The cake was a three-tiered castle of white and purple and golden buttercream and had ‘Princess Arin’ embellished on it. Placed on a customized royal carriage food cart, it stood proud and tall among the other trays laden with cupcakes and goodies.
The entire event was glamly decorated with white, golden, lavender, blue, and pink balloons, as well as cutouts of princesses and intricate butterflies. A large LED ‘6’ showed off the young lady’s tender age. The invitation card was done in a fairytale book manner, stating the details of the birthday celebration of Princess Arin.
The party was Disneyland reincarnate, as it was filled with different fun activities, rides, shows, and games. There was a big, bouncy castle balloon, a reading corner, a dress up corner, an art and craft table, as well as temporary tattoos.
The children were free to adorn themselves with crowns, tiaras, rings, capes, and wands. They could get tattoos drawn of Disney princes and princesses as well. To put a cherry on the top, there were Disney princesses performing to make the evening magical for Arin and her guests.
