Athidhi on OTT: Aditi Gautam pins all hopes on the Venu Tottempudi horror thriller

Athidhi marks the OTT debut of yesteryear's popular hero Venu Tottempudi into digital space. The talented hero made his comeback with the Ravi Teja film a few months back and has bagged the lead role in this horror thriller that will stream from September 19, 2023. The trailer has caught the attention of one and all. Bharath Y G has directed this series which also has Aditi Gautam in a key role.

Aditi Gautam played the female lead in Puri Jagan's Neninthe featuring Ravi Teja as the main lead. She did a few films in Telugu but vanished thereafter. These days she is quite popular on social media. Aditi plays a scary role in the show and says that she has pinned a lot of hopes on this series to make a comeback in Telugu.

Aditi has a character with grey shades and this gave her a lot of scope to perform says the young actress. Venkatesh Kakumanu and Avantika play key roles in this show which has been shot in the backdrop of a lavish set. A lot of money has been spent on this Haveli set where most of the show takes place. 

Hotstar is high on the success of Shaitaan and feels that Athidhi will impress everyone with its twists and turns. Kapil Kumar has composed an excellent BGM for the show as per the makers. Coming to Venu Tottempudi, he is also quite hopeful that Athidhi will give his career a new high and that he can transform into a popular character actor. 

The showrunner is Praveen Sattaru, whose action thriller Gandeevadhari Arjuna starring Varun Tej ended as a massive flop at the box office. He too needs to make a comeback and everyone associated with the show is waiting for the audience's reaction. Let's see what happens.
