Atrangi Re trailer celeb reactions: Bollywood awaits to watch Aanand L Rai's love story with Sara, Akshay, Dhanush

The trailer of the upcoming love story Atrangi Re is out and it has not only amped up the excitement of fans but also B-Town actors. Aanand L Rai's romance drama features Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush. The story revolves around Rinku, played by Sara who is forced to get married to Vishu, played by Dhanush. Rinku is in love with Akshay's character, a magician, but also struggles to choose between the two as she cannot let go of Dhanush as well. The trailer looks bright and all colourful and has all elements for a mass entertainer - drama, comedy and tragedy.

The film's trailer also got several other celebrities excited too. Bhediya actor Varun Dhawan shared the trailer on his Instagram story and wrote addressing Sara Ali Khan that he cannot wait to watch her in the film and that her hard work is showing through in the trailer. He tagged Dhanush and just added the fire emojis while addressing Akshay Kumar, he wrote: "sir ott ho ya theatre aap phaad rahein ho, looking forward." He also tagged the filmmaker Aanand L Rai on his story.

Vicky Kaushal too took to Instagram and shared the trailer on his story saying that the film looks fun. He also congratulated the team for a fantastic trailer. 

Bhumi Pednekar, who is awaiting the release of her film Badhaai Do, is also excited about the film. She shared the Atrangi Re trailer on her Instagram story and wrote addressing the filmmaker: "You love making love stories and we love watching the ones you make".    

Raashi Khanna commented on the Instagram post of Dhanush where he shared the trailer of his second Bollywood film after Raanjhana. She commented with two heart emojis. Janhvi Kapoor too commented on the post of Sara Ali Khan and wrote "Excited for this".

The Aanand L Rai film is written by Himanshu Sharma. Himanshu has also co-produced the film along with Aanand L Rai, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The music and background are by the maestro AR Rahman and the lyrics are by Irshad Kamil. The romantic comedy-drama is scheduled to release on Disney+Hotstar on December 24.
