James Cameron promises to take viewers on an awe-inspiring journey into never-before-seen parts of Pandora in Avatar: The Way of Water. The first film became etched in pop culture as one of the most visually-stunning films of the decade, and the sequel seems to match its predecessor in terms of its visual appeal. At least, that's what the film’s new teaser suggests.
The makers unveiled a new teaser of the film today, and it gives us some breathtaking glimpses of Pandora, the brilliant blues of its waters in full display. The teaser takes us across different locations on the alien planet, including its forests, floating mountains and islands and waters, including underwater shots as well. The Na'vi people also make appearances, both familiar and new faces, as well as new and familiar mystical creatures on the planet. The clip also features shots of the military base.
The trailer only features one snippet of dialogue, where Jake is heard saying to Neytiri, “I know one thing, wherever we go, this family is our fortress.”
