Anand Deverakonda's performance in 'Baby' has fetched him a lot of praise but the recent endearing note shared by a special fan is likely to beat all other gestures that have come his way. While onboard a flight, the actor happened to receive a handwritten note from none other than the very aircraft's captain or pilot, who turned out to be quite the fan.

"Hi Dear Anand. D !!! Happy to see you onboard. You made us all cry with your movie 'Baby' and got closer to our heart. Keep doing such good movies. Say Hi to your brother. Thank you," wrote Captain Subhash on a paper napkin which he ensured reached Anand Deverakonda.

Evidently touched by this gesture, Anand took to social media to share the note and also pen a thoughtful message about wanting to achieve more of such encounters. "This lovely gesture from @IndiGo6E pilot Subhash made my day. Thank you, captain. ❤️🤗 An incredible feeling when you bump into people who recognise and appreciate your work…this happens almost every other day. The exact feeling is inexplicable. But the goal is to achieve more of this! #Babythemovie," wrote Anand Devarakonda in his X post.

Coming to Baby, the Sai Rajesh Neelam film sprung a pleasant surprise on everyone as it defied all norms to emerge as a major success at the box office. Made a modest budget of Rs. 10 crores, Baby would go on to collect more than Rs. 80 crores and award Anand Deverakonda and his fellow cast members, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Viraj Ashwin and others, a big breakthrough in their respective careers.

Following this incredible success, Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya and writer-director Sai Rajesh Neelam are back together for another project. Billed as a 'classic love story', the film is said to have gone on floors recently and one expects it to be at least on par with 'Baby', if not better.
