<p>Baby Girl is an upcoming Malayalam film, starring Nivin Pauly and directed by Arun Varma. The lead actor just released the motion poster on his social media handles on Saturday.  The poster introduces his character as attendant Sanal Mathew. In the poster, Nivin Pauly's character is seen holding an infant in his arms, with a crowd of people in the background who are facing away from the camera.</p>

<p>“In every silence a storm brews… Baby Girl in theatres soon !!,” the Premam actor wrote in the caption.</p>

<p>This has given hope to fans that the film would be a 2025 release after all. Many netizens have dropped fire emojis below and have also wished him on his birthday. Some also enquired about Nivin’s other film, Sarvam Maya, which is also expected to drop an update or teaser later in the day.</p>

<p>Helmed by Arun Varma, Baby Girl is penned by popular screenplay writers Bobby-Sanjay.  Lijomol Jose, Abhimanyu Thilakan and Sangeeth Prathap are also part of the cast. Listin Stephen has backed the film, which is touted to be a thriller. A longer motion poster was earlier released in September.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The film’s shoot was completed in June 2025, but the makers have not officially announced a release date. Both the motion posters just said ‘in theatres soon’. On the other hand, Nivin Pauly’s Sarvam Maya, which also features Aju Varghese, is scheduled to be <a href="https://www.ottplay.com/news/sarvam-maya-release-date-nivin-pauly-aju-varghese-film-to-hit-theatres-for-this-festival-holiday/9d49cfdbf3927" target="_blank">released in 2025 for Christmas</a> .</p>
